Dylah Ray is a writer and educator, as well as the owner of Petals & Pages, an independent bookstore in Denver, Colorado. Ray holds a Bachelors in International Affairs from the University of Denver, a Masters in International & Transcultural Affairs from Columbia University, and is currently a graduate student in Creative Writing and Literature at Harvard University.

Her book of poetry, Perennials, was published in 2023 and she is currently working on her first novel.

Dylah teaches creative writing courses in-person and online at Metro State University, The Colorado Women's History Museum, The Loft, and at Petals & Pages.

Her work has been supported by StoryStudio Chicago, The Authors & Poets Fellowship through Martha’s Vineyard Institute for Creative Writing, and The Denis Diderot Grant from Château d'Orquevaux Artists & Writers Residency.
